Our education premises opened in June 2015 after transferring from Storeroom’s main premises.  Storeroom Education is now situated at 25,26 Somerton Industrial Park, Somerton Estate, Cowes, PO31 8PA, just a stones throw from Storeroom!

‘Storeroom Education Professional’  is an innovative addition to our education department to provide professional courses in Teaching, Management & Leadership, Information, Advice & Guidance and Customer Service.

All courses are competitively priced and have additional modules bespoke to Storeroom Education and our clients, creating a new, challenging and productive suite of courses.

‘Storeroom Education Trades’ continues to provide courses in Carpentry & Joinery in Construction and Health & Safety in Construction. The Health & Safety now being a requirement for Labourers and Operatives wanting to start or continue to work on site. Health and Safety in a Construction Environment course costs just £79, please book for either weekday or evening classes. A discount is available for unemployed.  The CITB test is still required to be taken separately after the course has been completed.

Further Trade courses are planned to cover accreditation in bricklaying, plumbing and painting & decorating.

Because of recent changes in government legislation, learners on JSA can only be released for a total of 15 hours a week.

Storeroom is an accredited NOCN centre and we will be able to offer

a variety of courses in the future as further funding becomes available
